  • Once an order has been placed, processing takes 1–3 business days. On weekdays this usually takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday afternoon or at the weekend it may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8–12 business days.

Placing an order

Ordering from Nuala Brennan Jewellery is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the item you want to your basket by clicking the „Add to cart” button.

It is important to check that you have selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click „Checkout”. On the information page you will need to enter your correct address details. Please make sure all details are filled in correctly. Once these details are complete, you can click „Continue to shipping”.

On the shipping page you have the opportunity to check the address details you entered. It will also confirm that delivery is completely free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover postage and delivery costs. You can continue by clicking „Continue to payment”.

At the payment options you can choose between different payment methods. At Nuala Brennan Jewellery all payment methods are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.
